My wife and I were looking for investment properties and were referred to Kim and Henry from a friend who purchased properties from them. We live in Anacortes, WA and after talking with Kim and her setting a portal up for us to look at homes and doing research on the Phoenix area, Kim asked us to come down for a long weekend to look at properties with them. We decided to go ahead with that. We spent 4 days with Kim and Henry. Looked at many homes and in many cities as well. When he walks up to a home that you’re looking at, he goes to work…he’s looking at the foundation, attic, pool, landscaping, workmanship of the home, doors, …Wealth of knowledge. This guy won’t stop – he is looking for something wrong for you. He is so good at it and once again….honest. He has told us on several occasions…..”let’s find another home”….
